By using DiploCars you agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information in your account and listings. DiploCars is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the sale of any vehicle.
Using the marketplace
- List only vehicles you are entitled to sell, with accurate details.
- Do not post misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
- Treat other users respectfully when arranging viewings and sales.
Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for completing any sale. Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles and verifying details before purchase. See our Safety Tips for guidance.
